A. RESERVATION & PAYMENT

BOOKING POLICY

  • No pencil booking
  • Booked package cannot be downgraded.
  • Booked package can be upgraded.
  • Package will be automatically upgraded based on final headcount.

DIRECT BOOKING via Facebook/Instagram

  • 50% down payment to secure dates
  • 50% balance payment before check-in (including pets, extra persons, event fees)
  • Payment through BDO and BPI accounts only

AIRBNB / WALK-IN BOOKING

HEAD COUNT

  • An adult or child 2 years old and above
  • Maximum 40 persons

GUEST LIST

  • All guests must be registered
  • Submit guest list prior to check-in date
  • Include age of 12 below & 70 above
  • No visitors

BIR

  • Non-vat registered

CANCELLATION, REBOOKING, REFUND

  • Reservation may be cancelled and rebooked ONLY IF roads leading to the resort is deemed impassable by the government due to acts of nature
  • No refund.

LIABILITY WAIVER

  • The guest, upon booking, fully accepts and assumes all liabilities for any accident, injury, sickness, physical harm, property damage, loss and death that may happen during their stay at Hideaway

B. ASSISTANCE ON RESORT FACILITIES

  • Onsite staff live inside the property (ground floor)
  • Anticipate your needs, refrain from knocking in the staff room from 12 AM – 6 AM as courtesy to our onsite staff

C. PROVIDED BY GUEST

  • Foods and beverages
  • Towels and toiletries
  • Cutlery, plates and table ware
  • Dish washing soap & sponge

D. RESORT RULES & REGULATIONS

HOUSE RULES

  • Illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia are prohibited
  • Smoke and vape outdoors only
  • No glitter bombs, party poppers, confetti
  • No adhesives on walls, doors, ceiling
  • Take home all balloons and decorations
  • Do not move/rearrange the furniture
  • No unruly behavior
  • No disrespectful or abusive words towards our staff

VIOLATIONS AND PENALTIES

  • Unregistered guests, penalty P2,000 / head
  • Stained bedding (including vomit), penalty P2,000 / bed
  • Unwashed kitchen utensil/equipment, penalty P2,000
  • Left the place messy, penalty P2,000

POOL SAFETY

  • Supervise kids at all times
  • No rough play, no running, no diving
  • Do not swim when drunk
  • No glass bottles/containers in the pool area

NOISE LEVEL (Barangay Ordinance)

  • Lower entertainment volume from 10 PM – 7 AM

FORFEITURE OF SECURITY DEPOSIT

  • Guest climbs the basketball arcade machine/plays the machine without putting coins..

DAMAGED APPLIANCE/DISPLAY

  • Full cost of item, guest takes home the damaged unit
  • Specific to basketball arcade machine, guest will pay P57,000

DAMAGE TO PROPERTY

  • Full cost of materials, transportation and labor

E. TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Should guest violate any of the rules, management has the right to refuse entry or evict them from the property at any time with no refund.
  • Paying the down payment signifies that the renter agrees to all the terms and conditions of The Vacation House by Hideaway contained in this 6-page document.
  • Booking confirmation will be sent once down payment has been settled and a signed rental contract has been sent to us.
